Delete your account

You can delete your Stoky account and its data at any time. This page explains how, what is removed, and what is kept.

Delete your account from inside the app

1. Sign in at my.stoky.app, or open the Stoky app on Android or iOS.
2. Open the account menu (your initials, top right) and choose My Account.
3. Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm by typing your email address and entering your register PIN.

The deletion happens immediately. You are signed out and can no longer sign in with that account.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@stoky.app from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We will verify that you own the address before acting.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials, including any Google or Apple sign-in link.
• Your name, email address and phone number.
• Your membership of every store, and your access to them.
• Push notification tokens for your devices.

What is kept, and for how long

Stores you own are archived rather than erased immediately, so that an accidental deletion can be undone. Archived store data — products, transactions, cash records, customers and suppliers — is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

To have a store and its contents erased sooner, or to recover one inside the 30-day window, email support@stoky.app.

If you were a staff member of a store you did not own, that store belongs to its owner and is not deleted. Records of actions you performed remain in the store's history, as the owner's business records.

We may also retain limited records where the law requires it, such as invoicing and tax records relating to a paid subscription. These are kept only as long as that obligation lasts.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a paid subscription. Cancel it first from your billing settings, or email support@stoky.app and we will handle both together.
